VP of Business Development

José Rincón

Born in Mexico, José moved to Tucson at a young age and has lived here his entire life. He attended the University of Arizona graduating with a BS in Business Administration with an emphasis on Entrepreneurship, later obtaining a Master of Arts in Business Management. That’s where he met his beautiful wife and business partner Adriana.

José’s professional career has included 27 years in medical sales with Fortune 500 companies such as Pfizer, Boston Scientific, and Bristol Meyers Squibb. Ever the entrepreneur, he has also been a Realtor since 1992 and for 16 years, José and Adriana were a top performing husband and wife team with Long Realty, winning multiple sales awards including Top Producing Team in 2005 and 2007.

In 2008, José and Adriana started their own company in order to better serve the needs of clients in a turning market, and also started offering Property Management services for “would be” sellers who became landlords while the market rebounded.

The Rincóns are both deeply committed to the Tucson community and José is actively involved with many local non-profits including being a board member with Boys-n-Girls Clubs, a volunteer with Tu Nidito services for children, and as past President for the Tucson Conquistadores.

José is passionate about his friends and family and enjoys dining out and traveling with the people he loves most. An avid sports fan, he also loves cheering on the Cats and the Phoenix Suns, playing golf, and is a Pickleball hack.

Having officially retired from medical sales, he is taking on the role of VP of Business Development for TR Realty, focused on client development, investor acquisitions, and in-fill construction projects – an opportunity to help optimize potential revenue streams while maximizing cash flow of existing rental properties in the TR Realty portfolio.
